PLAN DO RETREAT
A life clarity retreat for women. Tuscany, September 2026.
You arrive with something. You leave with it clearer, named, and one decision closer to real.
A room of 12 capable women thinking through your specific bottlenecks with zero fluff. The kind of tribe that understands the weight of an unfinished project, because they are carrying one too.
A hard, honest look at your blind spots, your hiding places, and exactly why your project is still on hold.
Not metaphorical space — a physical place away from your roles, and time that is blocked, protected, non-negotiable. Long enough to map out concrete next steps and leave ready to act.
The ones where someone asks the question you've been avoiding, and you finally hear yourself say out loud what you've known for months. A room where the collective pace naturally pulls you forward.
This is for you if
Not a packed schedule, but a clear journey. Each day has its own work, its own quiet, and its own space for honest conversation.
Notice what moves you, what stops you, and what has been quietly asking for your attention. Clarity begins when you finally allow yourself to see the whole picture.
Give shape and language to the idea, change or next chapter you have been carrying. Turn it into a clear intention you can name, own and commit to.
Decide what needs to happen next, what may stand in your way, and what you will do first. Create clear steps that fit your life, rather than another goal that disappears when you return home.
We met in autumn 2024. Two women, both immigrants, both coaches, both writers — checking in on each other every now and then. Over 18 months we became each other's sounding board. Not cheerleaders. Something quieter and more useful than that.
On a particularly bad day in February, one of us reached out. The other was having her own version of the same day. And a thought came out, almost involuntarily: we need more time with women like us.
So we built it.
Romanian-born, based in England. Leadership coach with nearly 20 years of experience. Author of Better Days.
Maria is an obsessive pattern-seeker. She notices the hidden barrier beneath the obvious problem and the emotional truth people struggle to name. Her gift is diagnostic — she can see what is really keeping someone in place, put it into clear language, and turn insight into movement.
She believes the world gets better when capable people stop playing small and finally act on what they already know.
Italian, with an expat life across Europe — now based in France. Executive intercultural coach. Twenty years changing countries, languages and contexts have taught her that an identity isn't a fixed point — it's woven, layer by layer.
She reads those layers and helps people find the thread that holds everything together.
She will help you move from intention to action without losing yourself on the way, leveraging your diversity as an asset.
Author of Inclusion Room, a community of people across cultures, and Intentionally, her coaching and consulting firm.
We'll be staying in Villa Montagna — a 17th-century farmhouse within Il Poggio alle Ville, on a hill in the Tuscan countryside near Florence. Eight bedrooms, a large kitchen, a garden, and a pool with views over the valley.
See the full venue on Il Poggio alle Ville →All inclusive: villa, meals, programme, materials. Travel not included.

The Room for Your Next Chapter
The room fills quickly. Twelve places. When they're gone, they're gone.
